國際人權法、國際人道法、比較憲法、轉型正義

個人簡歷

李怡俐助理教授自2014年於國立台灣大學法學院取得法學博士。2016年8月,其獲美國傅爾布萊特(Fulbright scholarship)一年赴美進修獎助金,並在美國哈佛大學法學院人權中心與東亞法中心進行東亞轉型正義與司法策略的獨立研究。其主要研究領域為國際人權法、國際人道法、比較憲法、轉型正義與人工智慧科技與人權。目前研究聚焦在以下三個議題:1. 國際人權法在內國法律體系的實踐與影響。2. 東亞轉型正義的發展與挑戰。3. 國際人權法對網路大規模監視與人工智慧的規範回應與挑戰。相關研究成果陸續發表在國內外期刊或專書。目前在本所教授國際人權法、國際公法與行政法。
