個人簡歷

研究領域涵蓋國際法與全球治理、新興科技法律與政策、國際衛生法、食品安全法律與政策、國際貿易法,擁有國立台灣大學法律及化學工程雙學位,後於美國哈佛大學取得法學碩士及法學博士,回國任教前曾任瑞士日內瓦高等研究所的訪問研究員。林教授多年研究新興科技管制等跨領域國際法律問題,於頂尖國際學術期刊發表諸多學術論文,如 Harvard International Law Journal、European Journal of International Law、Cornell International Law Journal、Virginia Journal of International Law、Food and Drug Law Journal、University of Pennsylvania Journal of International Law、Columbia Science and Technology Law Review、Journal of World Trade、International Journal of Law and Information Technology 及 Columbia Journal of Asian Law等。林教授於2021與本所彭心儀特聘教授及美國紐約大學Thomas Streinz教授共同主編Artificial Intelligence and International Economic Law: Disruption, Regulation, and Reconfiguration專書(Cambridge University Press),而與陽明交通大學倪貴榮教授共同主編Food Safety and Technology Governance專書(Routledge)亦預計於2022年出版。林教授榮獲國內外諸多學術研究獎項的肯定,如哈佛大學東亞法最佳論文獎(Yong K. Kim Memorial Prize)、哈佛大學國際公法最佳論文獎(John Gallup Laylin Memorial Prize)、全球行政法最佳論文獎(9th GAL Seminar Best Paper Award)、國立清華大學第二十屆新進人員研究獎、科管院研究獎、厚德會傑出研究獎、科技部吳大猷先生紀念獎等榮譽,亦獲科技部年輕學者養成計畫(2018-2023哥倫布計畫)及國際年輕傑出學者研究計畫等學術研究獎助支持。林教授曾獲邀至世界貿易組織、聯合國農糧署與美國全球食品法研究中心等重要國際機構演講,並於歐洲全球食品法與政策暑期學院擔任授課教師、哈佛大學柏克曼克萊恩網路與社會研究中心及新南威爾斯大學艾倫斯科技、法律與創新研究中心擔任訪問學者,2019年更獲選為美國食品法律與政策學會理事。過去於本所曾開設國際衛生法、食品安全法律與政策、人工智慧法律與政策專題、科技法導論、國際法與全球治理專題、法學研究與寫作等課程。
